S.O. Fit uses strength and conditioning combined with the best programming around for anyone looking to get into the best shape of their life. Our workouts change each day and are made up of weightlifting, gymnastics, running, kettlebells, sandbags and other functional movements. How To Get Started

Jump start your fitness routine with our FOUNDATIONS course. Meet and greet one of our veteran coaches for a fitness evaluation to decide a starting point for your fitness journey! You will train one on one and learn about our fitness philosophy and master the fundamentals of the 10 foundational movements. Don’t worry – this workout will be scaled to your current fitness level.
